How does billing actually work?+
Starter is billed per rep per month ($9.99 each). Pro and Elite are flat team rates — $199.99 covers up to 25 reps, $499.99 covers up to 100. One invoice, not 25 or 100. The bigger your team, the less each rep costs — that's how it should work.
What if my team is bigger than 25 but smaller than 100?+
You go straight to Elite. Simple. No tier-jumping math to figure out. 26 reps pays $499.99 just like 99 reps does.
